CBF Members & CBF Champions
Cedar Bridge Foundation Membership
Completing the Cedar Bridge Foundation Membership Form allows individuals and families to become part of the Cedar Bridge Foundation community, receive updates about programs and events, and participate in eligible activities and opportunities. Some individuals and families may complete the membership form for general participation, communication purposes, or general community involvement.
CBF Champion Members
CBF Champions are individuals with developmental disabilities who choose a deeper level of engagement and ongoing connection within the Cedar Bridge Foundation community. They are active community members who regularly participate and stay engaged in Cedar Bridge Foundation events, activities and programs.
To be recognized as a CBF Champion, members must participate in at least six (6) Cedar Bridge Foundation events or activities per quarter (excluding supported grant programs). CBF Champions help strengthen friendships, encourage community involvement, and create meaningful experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities, such as ASD, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome etc.
Being a CBF Champion reflects a commitment to connection, participation, encouragement, and helping create a welcoming and supportive community where everyone can grow, connect, and thrive together.

Cooking With Confidence™
Cooking with Confidence™ is a hands-on life skills program designed to help individuals build confidence, independence, teamwork, and practical cooking skills in a supportive environment. Participants learn kitchen safety, meal preparation, healthy habits, communication, and real-world skills while creating meaningful connections and gaining valuable experience through interactive cooking activities.
Employment Readiness
Employment Readiness helps individuals develop workplace confidence and real-world skills needed for future success. Participants focus on communication, teamwork, interview preparation, workplace expectations, professionalism, and job readiness while building independence, confidence, and meaningful opportunities for personal growth and community involvement.
