Cedar Bridge Foundation Proclamation receives Proclamation for October 2024 as National Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Since the 1980s, National Down Syndrome Awareness Month has served as a time to recognize the unique challenges, as well as strengths and abilities of individuals with Down Syndrome.

CBF- Bridge to Fitness


September 2024

Bridge to Fitness is a wellness and exercise program designed for adults with developmental disabilities, in partnership with the Flagler County Sheriff’s P.A.L. The program promotes physical health, social interaction, and life skills through fun, structured group activities. Participants build confidence, stay active, and connect with others in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Honoring Carrie Todd
