Cedar Bridge Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals with exceptional needs, such as neurodivergent, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Intellectual DisAbilities, by fostering inclusion, advocacy, and opportunities for personal growth.

Our mission is to enhance lives through social, educational, and life skills programs that promote independence, community engagement, and support for individuals and their families.
