Bridge to Future Informational Session APD
Bridge to the Future Informational Session with APD – Empowering Families with Knowledge and Resources
Cedar Bridge Foundation is hosting a Bridge to the Future Informational Session featuring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). This session offers families a valuable opportunity to learn more about the services, supports, and resources APD provides for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, and more.
Parents and guardians will discover how APD can support their loved ones—from children and teens to adults—through every stage of life. Attendees will learn about eligibility requirements, service options, and how to access critical support systems. It’s also a chance to connect directly with professionals and local resources in the community.
What is Bridge to the Future?
Bridge to the Future is a Cedar Bridge Foundation initiative designed to help families navigate the journey of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The program educates, empowers, and connects families and caregivers with the tools and resources they need to plan for a successful future.
Our goal is to make sure families feel informed, confident, and supported as they face important transitions and decisions. The program connects participants to a strong network of community partners and expert guidance, helping them build a solid foundation for long-term success.
Through engaging seminars and informational sessions, Bridge to the Future delivers practical tools, insights, and strategies to support families at every stage. These sessions not only help young adults prepare for life after graduation, but also guide parents of children and teenagers as they start planning for what lies ahead.
From early preparation to long-term planning, Bridge to the Future is here to support you every step of the way.
