Cedar Bridge Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with special needs, such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability,  through advocacy, resource building, and community engagement. Our mission is to enhance the lives of people with special needs by promoting independence and inclusion.

We offer a variety of programs including life skills workshops, social events, advocacy for independent living resources, and vocational support. Each program is designed to empower our participants and support their families.
