Our Mission

The Cedar Bridge Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with special needs and their families through proactive advocacy and comprehensive support. By Building Resources, fostering Inclusion, facilitating Development, encouraging Growth, and enhancing Education, we strive to create pathways that lead to nurturing environments that promote greater understanding, independence and respect. We bridge the gap and empower individuals with special needs to lead meaningful lives and contribute positively to their community.

We serve individuals with Developmental Disabilties: Autism, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, Communication Disorders, Epilepsy and more.
