Our bowling events cater to all skill levels\, ensuring that both experienced bowlers and first-timers feel encouraged and supported. Bowling isn’t just about the game—it’s about making meaningful friendships\, sharing laughter\, and feeling a sense of belonging. This event gives participants a chance to interact\, stay active\, and celebrate achievements in a stress-free\, inclusive setting. \nEvery week\, our bowling sessions create an inviting atmosphere where participants feel comfortable\, valued\, and encouraged. Players get to meet new people\, develop friendships\, and engage in a lively and friendly environment. Bowling offers a fun way to stay active while improving coordination and movement. This program was coordinated and facilitated with Bunnell’s Sheriff’s PAL- registration is required through PAL. This is a 6 months program and open enrollment is year round. \nRegistration is required every 6 months. Cost is $60.00 for 6 months. \nBridge to Fitness fosters a supportive environment where participants can improve their mobility\, coordination\, and endurance while connecting with peers and building a sense of accomplishment. DESCRIPTION:Cooking with Confidence – Cohort B (Intermediate Level)- Session #1 \nBridge to the Future: Cooking with Confidence – Cohort B is an 8-week intermediate cooking program for adults with developmental disabilities who already have experience in the kitchen. This hands-on life-skills class empowers participants to deepen their culinary abilities while strengthening independence\, communication\, and teamwork. \nEach week spotlights a new theme—ranging from breakfast-for-dinner to desserts and soups—while weaving in ServSafe food-safety practices\, recipe comprehension\, and essential techniques. Guided by trained volunteers\, participants collaborate to plan\, prepare\, and enjoy delicious meals in a supportive environment. \nMade possible through the generosity of donors\, fundraisers\, and community partners\, the program advances Cedar Bridge Foundation’s mission of advocacy\, skill development\, and inclusion for individuals with exceptional needs. \nThis Program is a pilot program.
