This special respite event provides caregivers with an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved break while their loved one participates in a safe\, structured\, and welcoming environment filled with fun activities\, music\, crafts\, games\, snacks\, and social connection. \nAt Cedar Bridge Foundation\, we understand the importance of caregiver wellness and the need for opportunities to rest\, reconnect\, and recharge. Families often spend so much time caring for others that they forget to take time for themselves. Respite & Recharge was created to help bridge that gap by offering a space where participants can enjoy meaningful social engagement while caregivers take time for self-care\, a date night\, dinner with friends\, or simply an evening to relax. \nThis event is specifically designed for individuals ages 18+ with autism and related disabilities and reflects Cedar Bridge Foundation’s mission of empowering abilities\, expanding possibilities\, and creating opportunities for belonging and connection within the community. \nParticipants will enjoy a supportive atmosphere with engaging recreational and social activities designed to promote fun\, friendship\, and community involvement. Whether it is a cherished family recipe\, a homemade appetizer\, or a delicious dessert\, the potluck table will feature a variety of foods that reflect the spirit of community and togetherness. \nThe Cedar Bridge Foundation Community Potluck Picnic is a joyful community gathering designed to bring people together through food\, friendship\, and shared experiences. Hosted by Cedar Bridge Foundation in Palm Coast\, Florida\, this special event welcomes individuals with developmental disabilities\, their families\, caregivers\, and community members for an evening of connection\, celebration\, and fun. \nFood has a special way of bringing people together\, and this community potluck provides the perfect setting to meet new friends\, reconnect with familiar faces\, and celebrate the joy of being part of a supportive network. Events like this help foster belonging while promoting the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. \nIn addition to great food and entertainment\, the evening will include birthday celebrations and opportunities to connect with others in the Cedar Bridge Foundation community.
