DESCRIPTION:Cedar Bridge Foundation works with community organizations and leaders to promote wellness through Bridge To Fitness\, a program that includes a variety of activities to improve physicial fitness\, enhances mental health\, self-confidence\, and social skills. This program was coordinated and facilitated with Bunnell’s Sheriff’s PAL- registration is required through PAL. This is a 6 months program and open enrollment is year round. \nRegistration is required every 6 months. Cost is $60.00 for 6 months. \nBridge to Fitness fosters a supportive environment where participants can improve their mobility\, coordination\, and endurance while connecting with peers and building a sense of accomplishment.
