DESCRIPTION:Cedar Bridge Foundation works with community organizations and leaders to promote wellness through Bridge To Fitness\, a program that includes a variety of activities to improve physicial fitness\, enhances mental health\, self-confidence\, and social skills. This program was coordinated and facilitated with Bunnell’s Sheriff’s PAL- registration is required through PAL. Starting February\, the program runs two times a week; Monday and Wednesdays. The cost is $30.00 for the Quarter-From February 3rd- April 9th\, 2025. \nBridge to Fitness fosters a supportive environment where participants can improve their mobility\, coordination\, and endurance while connecting with peers and building a sense of accomplishment.
