Cooking with Confidence – Beginner’s Level- Session #7 \nBridge to the Future: Cooking with Confidence – Cohort A is a Beginner’s Class is an 8-week introductory cooking program designed for adults with developmental disabilities who are new to the kitchen or have limited experience. This hands-on life skills course focuses on building foundational cooking knowledge while promoting independence\, communication\, and teamwork. \nEach week introduces a new meal theme—such as breakfast\, lunch\, snacks\, or simple desserts—while teaching essential kitchen safety\, basic food prep techniques\, and ServSafe food handling practices.
