DESCRIPTION:Date: January 12 Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm Pre-registration/Applications required. Class for Winter Session has closed. New Class will start in Summer. Registration open soon for Summer Session. Cooking with Confidence – Cohort B (Intermediate/Advance Level)- Session #1 \nBridge to the Future: Cooking with Confidence – Cohort B is an 8-week intermediate cooking program for adults with developmental disabilities who already have experience in the kitchen. This hands-on life-skills class empowers participants to deepen their culinary abilities while strengthening independence\, communication\, and teamwork. \nEach week spotlights a new theme—ranging from breakfast-for-dinner to desserts and soups—while weaving in ServSafe food-safety practices\, recipe comprehension\, and essential techniques.
