Attendees will learn about eligibility requirements\, service options\, and how to access critical support systems. It’s also a chance to connect directly with professionals and local resources in the community. \nWhat is Bridge to the Future? \nBridge to the Future is a Cedar Bridge Foundation initiative designed to help families navigate the journey of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
