This session offers families a valuable opportunity to learn more about the services\, supports\, and resources APD provides for individuals with developmental disabilities\, including autism\, cerebral palsy\, intellectual disabilities\, Down syndrome\, and more. \nParents and guardians will discover how APD can support their loved ones—from children and teens to adults—through every stage of life. Attendees will learn about eligibility requirements\, service options\, and how to access critical support systems. It’s also a chance to connect directly with professionals and local resources in the community. \nWhat is Bridge to the Future? \nBridge to the Future is a Cedar Bridge Foundation initiative designed to help families navigate the journey of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
