DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY- GW CARVER COMMUNITY CENTER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. \n  \nCedar Bridge Foundation works with community organizations and leaders to promote wellness through Bridge To Fitness\, a program that includes a variety of activities to improve physicial fitness\, enhances mental health\, self-confidence\, and social skills. This program was facilitated and coordinated with Bunnell’s Sheriff’s PAL- registration is required through PAL. The program runs weekly; Wednesdays for 10 weeks. The cost is $30.00 for the Quarter. Bridge to Fitness fosters a supportive environment where participants can improve their mobility\, coordination\, and endurance while connecting with peers and building a sense of accomplishment.
